Dan's 29th Birthday!

August 24th is Dan's birthday.

He is now in his last year of his twenties! 29.

The 24th was Landon's 2nd day of school. One of Dan's last days of freedom before advanced ground school revved up.

The little ones were SO excited about Daddy opening his presents!
Landon had thought long and hard about what he wanted to get Daddy
and couldn't wait to see him open it!

After gifts were opened we went to dinner. Dan picked to go to Joe's Crab Shack. I wish I would have brought the camera for it. It is right on the water. The kids had fun checking out the sites in a scope outside once our meal was done.

When we came home it was time for cake and ice cream!
Crazy to think this was his 7th birthday that I've baked a cake for him.
This year it was a red velvet cake.
When I say red...I mean RED!
2 whole bottles of food coloring went into it!
